北京市免疫试剂临床工程技术研究中心结合依托单位的学科特点和资源优势，围绕神经系统疾病，不断凝练研究方向，充实研究内容，搭建了神经系统疾病相关分子生物学、蛋白质组学、细胞形态学实验诊断平台，建立了神经系统疾病标志物研究的方向，开展了一系列个体化诊断及治疗策略的相关研究。中心针对基于抗体开发的高通量检测技术，结合酶联免疫吸附试验的低成本、化学发光的高灵敏和自动化、芯片技术的多指标联合检测等特点，进行了一系列技术开发及临床应用研究，旨在为疾病诊断提供快速、高效、经济的技术支持。

（三）人才

北京市免疫试剂临床工程技术研究中心十分重视青年人才的引进及培养工作，自成立以来，针对各个研究方向的发展需要，平均每年均引进2～3名研究生学历的青年人才，结合各自的专业背景和研究特长，进行了个性化的培养。近年来，中心也获批了多个人才培养项目，包括北京市优秀人才青年拔尖个人（马瑞敏）、北京市优秀人才青年骨干（郑光辉）、北京市科协青年人才托举工程（郑光辉）、北京天坛医院“苗圃工程”（徐婷）、北京市医管局“青苗”计划（王玉飞）、北京市医管局“青苗”计划（郑光辉）、北京市医管局培育计划（郑光辉）等。
